As with everyone else, this year has been a disaster with minted. We have used them for years without problem and excellent customer service. Then this year, I approved the proof on Dec. 3 and had 12/10 as the expected delivery. I called on 12/12 when nothing arrived and the delivery was pushed out to 12/17. They gave a 15% discount and expedited shipping and said it should arrive 12/15. Well, it's 12/17 and they now say 12/21. After 8 years, I am done with them.
I placed an order for 85 holiday cards 11/27/20. Nothing was stated that shipping would be delayed due to COVID when I placed my order. It's 12/15/20 and I still don't have my cards. I have talked, emailed, live chatted with various costumer service reps ALL who have told me false information regarding when I would receive my order. I have been "guaranteed" both ship and arriving dates- and NONE have happened. They haven't shipped yet.
Minted should have never accepted orders it couldn't fulfill.
Very disappointing after such a hard year.

Great customer service but for the price, it is terrible paper and terrible print. Their foil does not look like the sample they send. You can find way cheaper for this awful quality
I ordered my graduation announcements from Minted. The envelope and card paper quality were great. However, the printed version of my announcements did not look at all like the digital proof that I was sent. My high-quality, professionally taken images looked kind of blurry and not at all as they did in the design proof. I would not recommend putting smaller images on your announcements, as the printed quality of those was extra bad.
I had messed up the process of putting my return address on the invitations. During review the designer noticed and took the liberty of fixing that for me. I was thrilled. That was above and beyond. And they look fantastic!
Minted works with customers to get 'it' right. Minted offers a wide assortment of products that you can tailor to suit your style. The product preview is easy to change and Minted employees respond immediately to corrections on your product. They are helpful and understanding and do a great job making sure you get a great product!
I looked at several sites for a holiday card, and selected Minted as I liked one of their designs for my intention. I ended up regretting using them. Their website interaction is unacceptable. Some of the editing options were worthless, and the preview for the return addresses and addresses is so small it is of no help. I saved the design, and when I went back to show my husband, it had only saved the front of the card and none of text on the back or the format. Decided not to even order with them as I don't want to redo the back, and then worry that is not what is going to be printed.
Nice selection to choose from, pretty easy to customize, reasonable prices, quick printing and delivery, top notch packaging, quality cardstock, very happy with my wedding invitations.
I ordered a print for my Mother in-law and it has been over a month. I called to find out what occurred and was told they sent one email informing me that the frame was not available, and then did nothing. I did not receive that email, I even checked my junk folder. I asked them to simply change the frame and send it out, they refused and said I had to reorder. I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor was busy and needed to call me back. They want me to place another order, they simply refuse to fix the current one. Doesn't make any sense. They want the customer to do the work to correct their problem. Not the way to run a business.
I ordered 70 thank you cards with custom text. Turn-around was faster than predicted, and I am happy with the quality. It was my first time ordering from Minted and I had pan to order again. Very happy.
Have been a Minted customer for years. We placed our order 12/10. Who knows if the cards will arrive as the date continues to be pushed out. It's such a disappointment. I don't believe this is a Covid issue.
Loved my experience with Mint - the design was beautiful, the ordering process so easy!
Really upset - I have ordered from Minted before and had absolutely no issues with production time and my cards turned out great. This time - I ordered my cards in early December and paid for Rush shipping to ensure I'd have plenty of time to send out. Every day I check - production is pushed, no real feedback on when they're actually going to come. They haven't even SHIPPED yet so failing to see how they'll be here by tomorrow as currently told. I paid for high quality cards and service expecting it from Minted - what I'm experiencing is not that.
I ordered my holiday cards on 12/08. As of today, 12/22, they have not even been shipped! I sent emails with no response. I called twice. Each time, I was told the cards would be delivered tomorrow. Both times, they lied to me! I finally spoke with a supervisor. He told me that he didn't know when my cards would delivered. Minted has strung me along for the past 2+ weeks. If they had been forthcoming with the delivery date, I could have canceled my order and ordered from a reliable company...one that actually cares about its customers. I am so disappointed with Minted!
